9:15PM is too late to be serving Martha’s Hanger Steak & Chimichurri with potato and poblano salad. So I put everything onto a single plate, set out a fork and a very sharp knife, offering the plate to Jaimi, and backed away cautiously.
I’m just glad it’s not after midnight.
As far as the recipe goes, it’s good! The time estimates are a cluster and the order of instruction is infuriating. But if you can handle cooking the steaks at step #3 instead of #6, you’ll gain the benefit of 25 minutes AND you’ll enjoy hot vegetables with a perfectly cooked hooker steak.
