Absurdly easy to prepare (even though the label says “Difficulty Level: Intermediate”), good to eat and the most arduous task was babysitting the risotto for 18 minutes.
Definitely creamy. The beef cooks quickly and the “pot roast seasoning” works. Flavor is decent and we’re full.
Like all of the Home Chef boxes, these are great foundation meals: they work well on their own and then, with your own experience for your family and skills in the kitchen, can be adapted into great meals.
