There are also no major modifications to the recipe I would recommend outside of:
– reduce the oven temperature to 425F
– roast potatoes for an extra 7-8 minutes
– add parsley and oregano to potatoes before roasting (not included with meal kit)
– go easy on the honey-balsamic glaze when serving. It’s really intense.
